Late 70's Ludwig Acrolite 14x5"

Serial number: 2066879 with straight edged Blue & Olive badge, dating it to circa 1979.

A drum that needs no introduction. This drum is a very nice and clean example and does exactly what it says on the tin.

All original P85, butt, internal damper, hoops and tension rods.

Bizarrely the badge grommet is missing, although to its advantage; the grommets often get loose and can actually rattle so at least you won't have to worry about that - the badge is firmly stuck on anyway. There is a slight dink in the bottom bearing edge side (as there often is) but doesn't seem to sit directly on the edge and so i see no reason for any worries. Honestly, I've seen much bigger dinks in these Acro's and they still do the job!

Freshly stripped, cleaned, checked and polished, and fitted with brand new Remo Vintage Ambassador and Ambassador heads and Puresound Custom Pro Steel wires.
