Can you restore my drums?

More than likely, yes! Please use the contact page to get in touch.

Do you offer rewrap services?

No. I don’t have the space or the facilities to, but your local drum builder will be able to do this for you.

What are your techniques and what polishes do you use?

All my methods are secret and have been fine tuned by experimenting over the years with lots of products, processes and methods.

Will you take my drums in on consignment?

Due to the timely process of cleaning, stripping and polishing, I prefer to offer cash upfront but please get in touch to discuss.


order & Delivery

How do I place an order?

My website is set up for e-commerce. Simply add your items to your cart and head to checkout. If the item doesn’t say its sold out, then it’s still available.

Payment is accepted from all major bank and credit cards and also Apple Pay. Paypal is not currently accepted due to their fees involved.

Do you take payment plans?

No, but I do accept credit card payment.

How much is shipping?

To get a shipping quote, please add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your checkout and select your country from the drop-down menu. Doing this will not commit you to buying the item.

Delivery charges differ for Snareweights, Index Drums, Merch, Orphans, Snares and Kits.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries. Please contact us if your country is not included on the drop-down menu.

Will my order be well packaged?

Yes. From being an online business for almost a decade I’ve had lots of practice packaging up orders. I’ve also received many drums and know how heartbreaking it is to receive a drum that isn’t packaged correctly.

Currency conversion

All prices displayed are in British Pounds Sterling. For international payments, the amount you are billed will be subject to your bank currency conversion rates and charges.

I have placed my order but would like to change the delivery address or contact details. What should I do?

Please contact us, including your order number, name and address and if the item has not already been dispatched we will do our best to amend the order details.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to have Snareweight, Index Drums and Merch orders out the same day or next working day. These are shipped out Royal Mail 1st Class in the UK, and International Tracked and Signed For for Europe/rest of the world.

We aim to have Snare and Orphan orders dispatched within 1 working day. Kit orders are subject to dispatch between 1-2 working days due to the time required to package them up safely. Snare, Orphan and Kit orders will be booked on a DPD Next Day service for the UK.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. If there is tracking info, this will be contained within the email.

Will I be charged for customs and import fees?

You should be aware that customs and import fees are not included in my prices. If required by your countries’ laws, you will be subject to charges and they are your responsibility to pay.

Are you able to organise express deliveries?

Yes. Please contact us with your name and order number, or prior to ordering and we will do our best to get an order out more quickly.

I notice you’re on tour, will my order be dispatched?

If Joe is out on tour, it will always be indicated at the top of the website on an announcement bar and will be outlined if orders will be dispatched in Joe’s absence or not. If in doubt, drop us an email.
