1949 WFL Ludwig No. 1379 Brush cymbal holder
Nickel over brass.

I found this clamp on cymbal holder in the 1949 WFL catalog. The word 'new' is written next to its model number so I think this was introduced in 1949. It is described as a 'brush cymbal holder' but whether you use brushes or sticks, this is a great little splash holder!
I haven’t seen another of these and I know collectors who haven’t either so this is a great opportunity to grab a rare piece!
There is a plastic cymbal sleeve fitted which I presume is a modern replacement. I believe the rest of this mount is original.
Only one felt is present.
Cymbal is NOT included.
