March 16 1962 Ludwig 'Jazz-Combo' 13x3" in original Blue and Gold Duco

3-ply shell, original nickel over brass hardware and original interior white coating.

This snare is all original (apart from heads/wires) and is in remarkable condition! You’d be mistaken to think the drum has chrome hardware but the nickel hardware has just cleaned up very well.

These jazz-combos tune up and down great. Being a 6 lugger there is a lot of crunch and bite, as well as being snappy when tuned up. Surprisingly very versatile.

At the seam of the ply, the duco finish has flaked quite a bit, but on the whole the duco finish is really nice.

Freshly stripped, cleaned, checked and polished. Fitted with brand new Remo Vintage A and Ambassador hazy heads with brand new Puresound Custom Pro steel wires.

Worldwide shipping is available at checkout.
